Q:What size of laptop can fit in UNO?

A: Both UNO I and UNO II in 30L capacity can house laptop in 15.5”or below. ( 17”will not be able to fit in ) UNO II in 20L can only house 13.3”laptop or below.

Q:Is your product waterproof?

A:All NIID products are made with water-repellent fabric which means they can resist rain and splash of water. However it is not waterproof as long as the product is with zipper or seams.

Q:What is your return and exchange policy?
