I'm impressed with this handsome travel bag and it's design details, super functional features, and obvious built-in quality.
From the moment I opened the Amazon box and saw a classy black manufacturer's box, I knew I was meeting a company that holds quality and design a top priority. I expected a simple plain box or even just a plastic bag to hold this item, but NIID? took it a step up.
I already expected to purchase a well designed and unique bag as shown by the product photos and product video, and I was pleased to find the product was as handsome and durable as I expected. I did have trouble figuring out how to fit my first generation iPad Pro 12.9' in the bag, but I'm sure I'll figure it out.
Having this travel bag in hand and exploring the endless possibilities of storage for my belonging is a fun task. I'm blown away by how versatile this bag is. Most of all I'm really pleased with how attractive this item is. It's clean lines and smooth hardware is that of a high end designer bag.

I got this on the original Kickstarter campaign. A few months later the plastic rim that snaps the opening closed began to break into small pieces and it would no longer close. When I emailed customer service to inquire about a replacement, I was told to email a different department because I got the sling through the Kickstarter campaign. So I did. Never heard back from them. I paid a premium for a product that failed and when I asked requested a replacement, I got gaslit and ignored. They don't stand behind the product's they make.

The bag feels nice, tho also I feel there are some small details that could've been slightly better.
The clasp doesn't quite snap closed all of the time.
The zippers are oriented in such a way that it's a bit more finicky than I would like to pull them open quickly.
The straps mechanics (with the springs) that should make it easy to lengthen or shorten the strap really don't work better (or worse) than the standard strap holder things. This seems to be over-engineered for nothing.
The entire bag is heavier than I thought.
Other than that, it's a nice bag. It looks cool, feels sturdy.
